In companies preparing for an IPO, accounting policies, internal control documentation and listing application documents are often produced at the same time by different people. After listing, earnings releases, annual securities reports and earnings presentations are again prepared separately, and aligning their figures and wording becomes a recurring task every period.
Prime Consulting supports you end to end, from IPO readiness through disclosure and IR after listing. Our members
Our team consists of CPAs from audit firms and investment banking, and engineers who develop our own disclosure database.
Founded Prime Consulting after working in the Transaction Services division of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC and in the investment banking division of Nomura Securities (IPO underwriting and corporate finance). Leads accounting, internal control and listing documentation for pre-IPO companies, and disclosure and IR support after listing.
Worked in audit at EY ShinNihon LLC, in operations at BearTail Inc. (now TOKIUM Inc.), and in tax at PwC Tax Japan before joining Prime Consulting.
Graduated from Meiji University. Worked as a manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC on audits of IPO candidates before joining Prime Consulting in 2025.
Worked in the TS division of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, then at a subscription startup, an e-commerce startup and Atrust Health before joining Prime Consulting.
Graduated from a graduate school in the UK and worked in the investment banking division of HSBC before becoming an engineer. Leads development of IPO Navi and IRAI.
IR Fellow
Covered small- and mid-cap and TMT stocks as a sell-side analyst at Daiwa Securities, J.P. Morgan and others, served as a portfolio manager at AXA Investment Managers, and as head of corporate planning and IR at Start Today (now ZOZO). After serving as CFO of WARC Inc., he joined Prime Consulting as IR Fellow. Leads IR Shienshitsu.
